The Young Bucks Had ‘Interesting Flight’ with Shane McMahon – On their way home from AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam in New York City, The Young Bucks ran into an interesting name from the pro wrestling industry.

Matt & Nick Jackson posted a photo of themselves with Shane McMahon at the airport on Thursday morning, captioning it with “Interesting flight today.” The photo comes amid persisting rumors that McMahon could end up joining AEW. He met with Tony Khan this July to discuss possibilities for the future.

After that meeting with Khan, McMahon issued a statement saying they discussed “many things,” but mostly their shared love of the pro wrestling business and the rewards and challenges of working with family. McMahon called it a “great meeting.” Khan said he “really enjoyed” talking with McMahon.

A chance meeting between McMahon and AEW star Mercedes Mone also happened at LaGuardia Airport in New York City in July.

At Dynamite Grand Slam last night, The Young Bucks retained their AEW Tag Team titles with a victory over Will Ospreay & Kyle Fletcher. The annual Grand Slam event is held at Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens.
