• Roman Reigns Comments On The Future Of The Shield

While speaking on a Zoom call with Mania Club, WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns joked about AEW World Champion Jon Moxley going to AEW and ruining the possibility of a Shield reunion.

Below is what he said:

“Well I guess [Dean] Ambrose or [Jon] Moxley really screwed that [smiles]. He messed around and just left us.”

He also said that The Shield will never reunite again, whether Moxley returns to WWE or not.

“I don’t think The Shield will ever be recreated or brought back. We were so good and honestly I think we did the reunion thing a few years ago a little too much. We’re one of the only factions who came into it as no-namers and then walked out and had our final group hug as world champions.”
