According to police documents acquired by TMZ Sports, Jeff Hardy was found passed out in a stairwell and reeked of booze when police found him. Hardy admitted to consuming vodka before the police found him.
Hardy was originally arrested over the weekend in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for Public Intox.
